The Toffee Factory is now 2 months from handover and the external envelope it almost complete. Green, red and pink cladding panels now adorn the Victorian brickwork and the embossed aluminium will shortly be applied to the stair tower. Inside, partitions are up and offices formed, the reception space is taking shape and the Biomass boiler is in.
